IT Engineer | 1st Line Engineer
£24k - £26k p/a (Depending On Skills & Experience)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and service driven technical person to join the company as an IT Support Engineer (1st Line), providing our clients support, help and advice.
Our clients are primarily small businesses (5-150 staff) based mainly within the Northwest of England.
Your daily tasks include the provision of IT tech support to end users, undertaking administration on servers/cloud portals and installing software/hardware remotely and at client sites.
The role is both demanding and rewarding at the same time and you will be supported by a great technical team, collectively accountable for ensuring that we meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

Office 365 & Cloud Apps Specialist
£20k - £25k p/a (Depending On Skills & Experience)
With the rapid uptake of Cloud applications and services we urgently need an enthusiastic person who is fully conversant with using and configuring Office 365 and other general Cloud applications.
You need to be technical but also have the ability to work directly with owners and end-users to define and configure products such as Sharepoint and Teams to suit their business needs
